Sometimes, you’re folding laundry.
And suddenly, there’s a brown thing.
Other times, you’re planting seedlings.
And there’s a brown thing.
Or your friends are helping you remove an enormous rock from the garden.
And the brown thing’s there again.
So it shouldn’t come as much surprise that when I put on my work-out clothes and decide to go for a run…
The brown thing showed up.
It’s fine, I didn’t really want to run anyway.
“Brown things” (this one, and one other) make life extra happy!
We have a brown-and-white thing and a particularly large spotted thing who seem to impede our progress throughout the day, too.

Very sweet dachsie- my husband loves them…he has a tattoo around his upper arm of dachsies…hope to get another one (dog not tattoo- well maybe both) but not til we move back to England- we couldn’t take the stress of being separated for quarantine so til then we’ll wait and enjoy photos of someone else’s brown thing! Though truth be told looking at these photos makes me want one NOW.
